My story has been shaped by bold action, deep introspection, and edges I never expected to face — from dropping out of university, to climbing Everest, to building a creative agency, and experiencing the profound loss of my baby boy.
Breathwork became an anchor through my grief and challenge. It helped me feel what I had avoided, move energy my mind alone couldn’t make sense of, and find spiritual guidance and clarity in moments that reshaped who I am.
My journey with breath didn’t begin in healing — it began in performance. I first found breathwork for altitude, endurance, and athletic capacity. But over time, it opened the door to something much deeper.
From releasing stored trauma and navigating tough transitions, to reconnecting with a new found sense of self and spirituality, and accessing clarity and creativity through altered states — this work changed me — and I knew I needed to share it.
Climbing Everest wasn’t just a physical challenge; it was a transformation that taught me how to stay grounded in intense environments, trust my inner compass, and rise to meet whatever the mountain offered. The same principles that took me to the summit — preparation, presence, discipline and expanded nervous system capacity — are now at the core of how I choose to guide others.
As a design strategist, I’ve dedicated much of my career to understanding human potential and driving transformation — partnering with industry-leading brands to unlock human insight, creativity, and innovation. And as a sports and fitness coach, I’ve also helped people build resilience, shift their identity, and reach new levels of performance.
